Dru S.Y. Boo

Dru leads the structuring and operations division of Sindicatum Carbon Capital (Singapore) and is based in Singapore. Previously, he was with the US power company, AES’s Renewable Energy Group and prior to that was a consultant with Accenture leading projects in East/South East Asia. Dru has a First Class Honours BEng in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the National University of Singapore. SCC(S) focuses on the business of climate change through the acquisition, development and financing of Climate Change and Renewable Energy related projects in emerging markets. SCC(S) is based in Singapore and is part of Sindicatum Carbon Capital. SCC is a London based firm specializing in climate change investments with Asian regional offices in Beijing Hong Kong, Jakarta and New Delhi. SCC’s institutional investors include Citigroup, AIG, Black River Asset Management and Dubai World. SCC’s activities focus on GHG emissions reductions activities and also engaged in operating an investment fund in support of its climate change activities.
